Terms of use
Last updated: July 20, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of the CustomerCoeur marketing site. They do not govern the supply of the CustomerCoeur solution itself, which is the subject of a separate agreement entered into with each client.
1.Purpose
This site is purely informational: it presents the CustomerCoeur solution and lets a business visitor get in touch. It allows no subscription, no payment, and opens access to no online service.
2.Acceptance
Browsing the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, it is for you not to use the site.
3.Access to the site
The site is freely accessible, subject to connection costs, which remain payable by you. The publisher reserves the right to interrupt access, in particular for maintenance, without notice or compensation.
It is for you to have suitable equipment and a suitable connection, and to take the measures necessary to protect them.
4.Use of the contact form
The form is reserved for business enquiries. You undertake to provide accurate information and not to impersonate a third party.
Prohibited in particular are the sending of unlawful, abusive or defamatory content, any use for unsolicited prospecting, and any attempt to exploit the form for malicious purposes. The publisher reserves the right not to act on an enquiry and to retain the material needed to establish abuse.
5.Intellectual property
The terms on which the site's content is protected and may be reused are set out in the legal notice. Nothing in these terms may be construed as granting a licence over that content.
6.Limitation of liability
The information published is provided for guidance. The publisher warrants neither its completeness nor its suitability for any particular purpose, and cannot be held liable for a decision taken on that basis alone.
The publisher is not liable for indirect damage arising from access to, or inability to access, the site, nor for any virus that may affect your equipment.
7.Links to third-party sites
Outbound links are offered for your convenience. The publisher exercises no control over the sites linked to and accepts no liability for their content or their data practices.
8.Changes to these terms
The publisher may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online when you visit; its date appears at the top of the page.
9.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts. As the site is aimed exclusively at businesses, the provisions on consumer mediation do not apply.
